Baseline total T 400, free T 80 at 19. Tried enclomiphene 12.5mg and hyper-aromatized hard even at that small dose. Thinking about starting TRT but worried that even at a conservative cruise dose I'm going to need an AI just to keep E2 in range long term. Not thrilled about being dependent on an AI indefinitely especially at a low dose.
Also planning on doing blast and cruise cycles down the line. Given my aromatizer profile wondering if I should be gravitating toward lower aromatizing compounds like EQ for blasts rather than higher test doses to keep E2 manageable without hammering AI.
Anyone with a similar profile have experience managing this on TRT? Did daily SubQ micro-dosing help reduce aromatization enough to avoid AI or did you end up needing it regardless? And for the blast and cruise guys — what compounds work best for someone who aromatizes heavily?
