A low 2d:4d ratio highlights high pren T however which is ideal but using fingers is an inaccurate metric due to it signifying high pren Estrogen ( you can have high pren e and T at the same time) and not to mention finger insertions. Lots of high T people such as Ludgren and momoa have high 2d:4d ratios but they’re very high T obviously and conversely low T people have ideal finger ratios. A better way of measuring Pren T is through brow ridge and chin.

Funnily enough, having high Pren T results in less sensitive androgen receptors which isn’t ideal. So I think overall, it’s better to have medium pren T and high pubertal T, as that way your receptors are sensitive!
