low radix = downturned nose tip?

cause in my case my maxilla is pretty good but my nose tip is still downturned. my radix though is like subhuman low but if it was higher, the rest of my nose would allign with the angle of the tip
 
i mean i dont have a dorsal hump or anything and it's symmetrical but it just kinda droops down a bit
I've noticed the same for me - my maxilla is decently projected forward, but got a very slight droop probably from having a low/recessed radix.

Btw is there an explicit distinction between the radix and the nasal bone?
