Nothing. Just do it natty. At 19 your hormones are crazy. You can build muscle like a mf. But if you must, take mk677. Makes your skin better, helps with muscle growth and adds growth hormone. Plus its legal so

Since the fuck is igf cheap?and the muscle gains on hgh or igf is pretty modest,im not shitting on them but seems stupid to run them without anabolics for the complimentary effects
