I don't think you can "grow them lower".

They're very important but I wouldn't say death tier (depending on your eyebrow density, eye brow length and browridge), I have medium set brows and they make me want to pluck my T50 eyes of doom and despair out.

not really it doesnt matter if u dont have uee if you do its bad but still not death tier i wouls say my older bro has suppe rpositivle tilted slightly high set eyebrows and he looks pretty good its mostly about the uee you dont need to have hunter eyes to look good sometimes this can work to fix it just use your eyebrow muscles to make it lower set thats what i do atleast works pretty well and has become second nature so dont need to think bout it
