Opry has the highest set I've seen so far , there are others with high set as well and they can be prominent , prominence also comes with fat loss imo

He is a certified mogger, but there are a lot of these gods with "zygo prominence" where its not actually the cheekbone thats overly promient (albeit they do have bone mass ofc), but rather an absence of subcutaneous cheek fat and / or buccal fat.

Its very rare to see actualy zygo PROMINENCE where the cheekbones are heavily protruding in relation to the rest of the face (this is where it starts looking uncanny as well imo)

High zygos will uplift skin off of your midface + jaw. Its basically like a face lift.

I would trade zygo width for positional height in a heartbeat.

Only needs custom infraorbital malar implants with saddle to achieve perfect Tyson Ballou type zygos:

Low set and and overly large cheekbones would need, in a best case scenario (has a narrow jaw and compact, square orbits) cheekbone reduction for that result. But that's a rare case, most of the time it comes with large orbits and as such hollow undereyes, so they need both cheekbone reduction and custom implants with saddle (my case is like this).

I don't look like that. I assume the morph would be around 10-12% body fat IRL.
The intention was to make O'pry perfect (no eye hooding, better eyebrows, even better undereyes, Jeremy Meeks' lower third, better nose and lips).

Gotta admit the original hairline is better tho, I used him for my avi (which is how I want to look like after leanmaxxing and surgeries and the moprh started as me, it even has my eyes) for that purpose alone:
