Low set eyebrows

If I micro needle my lower parts of my eyebrow and under my eyebrow, will I be able to grow my eyebrows to look lower set and closer to my eyes?

doing this now, doing dermarolling and using the ordinary serum. have seen several more eyebrows start growing lower which has reduced my uee by a couple millimetres.
