I’m 15, 5’11, 150 pounds, I have a very clean diet and I workout around 6 times per week due to the fact that I get really good sleep which gives me quicker time to recover allowing me to train more, however I was having a lot of trouble with building muscle and strength and my insecurities about certain things led me to take a blood test where I found that my testosterone is 209 ng/dl, should this be cause for concern and I have a doctors appointment at the end of march so what should I ask the doc?

You just might be hypogonadile

yeah probably just genetic, hop on trt

You must discuss this with your doctor and make sure he understands the underlying effect this could probably have on your growth/puberty. If he's living with his times he will probably prescribe trt. If not, you need to change doctor asap.

I have an appointment with some doctor woman on the 31st of March so hopefully she can help, and other question is it pointless to workout with low test cuz I like getting stronger but it’s kinda stressful if ima be training hard per usual and getting sore with no muscle.

There is little to no effect of being low test and not being able to build muscle properly. Even some people with low levels manage to build muscle. See, it's not just test that's responsible for muscles but a whole lot of factors. Also keep in mind that you have to wait the diagnosis of a certified health professional i.e your doctor before jumping to any conclusion.
