It's been about 28 days of soy products and I haven't even noticed. The milk in the fridge was apparently oozing with phytoestrogens, and I been gulping like 500ml daily like some retard for the "cALcIuM"- :feelsuhh:. ALSO not everyone has access to enough sunlight RETARD, better optimize on both, plus supplements alone isn't good for skin, better to go out once in a while when it's sunny. BUT it's not sunny everyday idiot it's winter in some parts of the world like use ur brain before talking shit?!:forcedsmile:

And if you're getting sunlight, then supplementing Vitamin D is a waste of money.
