It's been about 28 days of soy products and I haven't even noticed. The milk in the fridge was apparently oozing with phytoestrogens, and I been gulping like 500ml daily like some retard for the "cALcIuM"- . Also I just found out some crackers, canned broths, break fast cereals and soups have soya oil in them.
Soy isoflavones can produce estrogen-like activity in the body by mimicking the effects of natural estrogen.
Also last week I went for some family gathering at my cousins home and there was a small feast they prepared for us all. We ate and drank like kings.
Unaware of what was in the food. By the end of the meal, I asked my aunt why the food was so good. She said she didn't use any seed oils only olive and soya oil. Also there was Edamame in the pasta, but me being such a retard thought it was just regular beans. - "she said it's healthier"
I'm a healthy soy boy now:

I went home to learn more about testosterone affecting foods and have stopped drinking the milk in our fridges and stoped the soya oil. Turns out farmers inject these cows with estorgen to produce more milk, cus cows have tits.

4. sleeping less
5. Avoid too much meats (shop meats are literal guest houses for estrogen)
and now I'll be doing
1. Fasting to balance hormones and spike hgh
2. taking more zinc/magnesium/selenium (even taking one helps)
3. eating more green leaves (stop being a pussy cuck and eat ur leaves u low T faggot, who said it tastes bad?)
4. sunlight
5. Vit D
6. eating fish like a bear/ omega 3
7. sprints/hiit
8. sleep more
9. fapping less and gooning more....will try gooing without ejactualating to get my sex drive on monkey mode
