You don’t need implants you need fat grafts to the undereye
Soft tissue

he has no infras he needs implants
He needs to get scans and he certainly doesn’t have a very recessed negative orbital vector
I only advise implants there for people who have mild-moderate or more severe recession
His is mild at worst

Also it’s the soft tissue that actually gives the eye that structure
The padding

yeah i know its the tissue but its also a bone problem
if the tissue has nothing to be held with it'll have no support

It completely depends on his scans
But collagen/elastin can support soft tissue a significant amount too
Which is why children have ample fat pads

If I were OP I’d get a scan and ask a few surgeons what they think

This is a negative orbital vector.

He doesn’t have it.

Notice the protrusion of the undereye.

i’ll try fat graphs first as they’re pretty cheap then if they fail i’ll get infra implants

Yes i totally agree with you his infras arent negative however neutral infras can also give dark undereyes, i think its mostly about density and height if im not wrong
it does seem like a fat pad issue because he seems to have no fat but yes he should get a ct
