Lower blepharoplasty versus fat grafting for under eyes?

So based on my eyes I'm considering a lower blepharoplasty, because my under eyes are puffy.
What I have:
I have visible fat protrusion under my eyes
One eye is puffier or looser than the other
I want to remove or reposition fat for permanent correction

I also do have slight hollowness, which increases the tired look.

Eyes:

If I was to get a surgery this would be one of my first ones, as I need to get them fixed asap.

i wouldnt recommend a lower blepharoplasty for u. if its not severe enough, itll prolly be a bit uncanny. (from what ive seen online)

maybe try implants and then fat grafting? also wanna add, according to @chrishell u also need a midface lift after implants

It depends on your goals OP and the issue isn't clear from these images

Consult a few oculoplastic surgeons and/or implant surgeons
