They just abuse those animals.
I have a drug addicted friend who has rabbits, and those little fella's live in an absolute hell hole, they have some infection on there ass and live in their own trash cause he doesn't clean up.
And my neighbor has some dog who has multiple diseases and is fat as well, probably feeds him dogshit food that they shouldn't eat.
These people aren't responsible enough for a pet tbh, shouldn't own one
