lower eyelid exposure fix under shitty lighting

I have no eyelid exposure until I'm in direct lighting even though I have really deepset eyes, same problem chico has

how would I make it much less noticeable? I saw stuff about fat grafting, brown fat and shit on this forum but none of it makes any sense would I need to do a surgical procedure or is there another way?

just took side selfie lower maxilla and cheek bones are fine but my upper maxilla near my eye orbitals are pretty recessed
would thumbpulling work for upper maxilla?

Thumbpulling works somewhat for ccw rotation, so mainly lower maxilla. I don't know how to fix upper yet.
