Lower eyelid fat deposit

So basically, the problem is title. I had a heart surgery done 6 months ago and my eyes have changed quite a bit.
Is there any correlation between anticoagulants and those fat deposits in eyelids? retardGPT and Copilot are completely clueless in this matter
