so i started cutting and debloating few weeks ago because i was nearly %20 body fat
and yesterday i thought about gaining more bonemass and boost test, gh and igf-1 naturally

so basically i need milk to gain bonemass but it bloats
i need a high healthy fat diet for test but its high calorie
i need honey and sweet foods for gh and igf-1 also high calorie too

so i should do a lean bulk to help hormones or cut to lose fat
i am 16-17 btw
