Nope,there is no fix for lower third naturally
You'll have to get surgeries done to improve it
Also the guy that said masseter trianing is cope,is actually coping
Masseter training can be beneficial if you have a wide jaw

I believe it makes your gonions more sharp but if you're boneless and have narrow jaw then I don't think training masseters would be that beneficial
