There’s some jaw asymmetry that a custom wraparound implant might help in correcting. I wouldn’t mind some SLIGHTjaw width, anyway. Also, if anything, I’m trying to raise my gonial, so there might be some osteotomy needed as well.

But, yes, I am considering other options as well. I’m not just considering a custom wraparound jaw implant. I’m considering a custom chin implant, various osteotomies, etc. I’ll have to eventually decide upon one option. Haven’t yet.
