How do u fix the height of my lower third would bonesmashing it help?
 
Increase your bone mass by intaking more calcium and collagen peptides. Bone smashing will only work temporarily. You need to increase bone mass and bone density.

So just consume yogurt and milk?
 
Bonesmashing only works temporarily - it creates short-term periosteal swelling. So if you're going out to a club and you use bonesmashing, it's kind of like makeup - the effect is there for a bit, but fades after a few days.
If you want real, long-lasting results - go for filler or an implant.

Yes you can increase from Whole Foods like milk, yogurt, bone marrow, but you can intake it from supplements as well. Around 1000mg of calcium a day. You may intake collagen peptides as well to supplement.
