lowering eyebrows

ive been trying to lower my eyebrows by wearing a band on my head that pushes down my entire forhead, so that it will eventually stretch and remain that way after taking the band off. id probably need to constantly have it on for like a few weeks, i can only do dat in the summer tho. yall think its possible?

i mean, while its on depending on the tightness it can completely lower my eyebrows to subhuman ogre levels

I was thinking of using something that will pinch my eyebrows and pull on them but couldnt bother to make it. Dr. Eppley said that tissue expander(skin strecher) would work in lowering eyebrow but it goes under the skin
