I feel at peace for the first time in my life. I am immersed into everything. Everything that I do, even simple things, like going to the washroom to brush my teeth feels like a surreal experience. Listening to music feels like I've entered another dimension. There are so many things that you can notice while you do simple acts that you never noticed before, because you're always lost in your mind. There is always a useless narrative in your head.
There is nothing left to worry about anymore, because worry doesn't do anything. The only thing I can do in my life is to better my looks and financial situation. Whatever I can achieve, I will achieve. Whatever I can't change, I can't change. Either way, there is nothing to worry about. There is just what is and what isn't. So you might as well immerse yourself into everything you do and experience each moment fully.
