Can anyone who works with fat grafts around the eye area manage something like this or is this something of a more specialised field I'd have to dig particularly for.

Is it something that you can easily explain to a fat graft surgeon who isn't entirely familiar with this kind of method?

Inner Canthus is where I told him to inject so the outer eyelid tapers out and is still exposed creating illusion of ideal hooding and more PCT then my lame orbits have (thanks dad :|)

I took that photo 2 hours after operation was done

It will last forever I’ve only lost less than 10% fat and it was only on my left eye, so if I really want I can get a touch up of 1/4 CC for more symmetry

This can be done by any surgeon, I just told him where to place the fat and when to stop injecting, they gave me a mirror so I could keep assessing the hooding until I was happy.

I will add some clarification

So the specific procedure I asked for is fat grafting. Upon arriving on surgery day he grabbed a pen and began to scribble on my upper eye area where he would inject, we then proceeded to go back and forth until I was happy with the scribble (the area the injection would be made).

The main issue with my experience was that the surgeon did not want to inject so close to the inner canthus as he was concerned I would cuck my vision due to the fat dropping over. I was confident however this would not happen as I didn’t want the PSL autist hooding just more hooding to make my eye shape a-bit more striking.

If I was to take my eyes to the next level I could possibly do Drill Hole Canthoplasty with Dr Celal + Liam and OBO JFL to fix my eye spacing. That’s about as much improvement as I can humanly make, I genuinely think I took my eye area from a solid 4 to a decent 6.25-6.5 female appeal wise with just fat grafting alone.

And if not is it less noticeable when taking into account the rest of your face? The slightly shallow eyes + now introduced fat hooding make them appear a little more mongoloid.

It’s mainly just the swelling which makes me look more chong, I need to wait a few more weeks to see the entire result, as some fat can still die,shift, or droop however right now I’ve lost less then 10% I’d say.

In regards to the shallow eyes I need revision as I am not happy with the amount of under eye fat injected. I will do more fat grafting in my own country and just pay however much it is, as the lack of under eye fat compared to upper is definitely a cuck and a half.

I also probably need OBO but idk how to do the edit shit to measurement my ESR properly. Pretty sure it’s .43-.42

All comes down to ur ability to communicate what you want bro, got to ensure you know where you want the injection and provide photos as reference points so they know when to stop injecting so they can ask if you if you are happy ( they gave me a mirror).
