Full Breakdown of My Looksmax Journey (16-19)
Three years ago (ages 16-19), I looked like absolute dogshit coming off a dirty bulk — soft, bloated, completely unappealing.
Now? I’m getting booked for modeling shoots. This post will be a full breakdown of everything I did to transform my appearance, what I might still add to my stack, and why certain things worked. I’ll attach before and after photos from my recent shoot as proof of results.
Step 1: Body Fat Reduction (The Foundation)
If you aren’t under 10% body fat, you aren’t maxxed. Period.
You think you’re lean at 15%. You’re not. You look good clothed but bloated and undefined shirtless.
True face leanness starts around 10%, and ideally 8-9% for elite-tier angularity.
Starting point (Pics at bottom): ~22-24% body fat (bloated, bad facial structure, minimal definition)
Halfway (Photo about 1 year after before photos): ~14-15% body fat (thought I was lean enough)
(Better than the before photos, but still miles away from the after in terms of angularity and overall appeal)
Current state (Pics at bottom): ~10% body fat (could push even lower)
Low body fat = instant 10x boost in jawline, eye area, cheekbones, and overall face quality.
If you “think” you’re lean but your jawline isn’t crisp in natural light, you’re not lean. Starve harder.
Advice:
Step 2: Eye Area Optimization
I genetically lucked out here: high quality orbitals, decent canthal tilt, long and dense eyelashes.
What I did add:
No jaw surgery, no implants. Pretty basic stuff.
Daily Routine:
Teeth are a primary halo feature.
If your teeth are:
While cutting (ideally before) fat, you also need to build at least some muscle. Not to become a bodybuilder — just to get broad shoulders, rounded delts, a thick neck, and a V-taper.
Wide clavicles + muscle = your face looking smaller and sharper.
If you have a narrow face or slightly longer proportions (like I did), muscle width balances you out and massively improves proportions.
Focus lifts: Weighted pull-ups, overhead press, shrugs, incline bench, and weighted neck curls/extensions.
7. Lifestyle Maxxing (If You Skip This, You Stay a Creep)
Looksmaxxing isn’t everything. If you move like a loser, you’re a loser.
Some facts:
PSA: Don’t Rot on This Site
Get your info, apply it, and GET OFF.
Spending 6 hours a day here will make you mentally ill. At a certain point, it’s not about improving anymore — it’s just self-hate. Take what you need, log off, and go touch grass.
Final Thoughts
This isn’t magic, but if you stay locked in for 12–24 months, you will become unrecognizable in the best way possible. Feel free to ask questions or PM me.

If you “think” you’re lean but your jawline isn’t crisp in natural light, you’re not lean. Starve harder.
Reminder: You are not special. Everyone looks better shredded.
Advice:
- Dial in a small calorie deficit, lift heavy, prioritize protein.
- Cut aggressively if you’re very fat — 0.75%-1% body weight lost per week is sustainable.
Step 2: Eye Area Optimization
I genetically lucked out here: high quality orbitals, decent canthal tilt, long and dense eyelashes.
What I did add:
- Lumify Eye Drops: Small boost, makes the sclera look clearer and whiter. Amplifies eye color, especially light eyes (blue/green/hazel).
- Eyebrow Maintenance:
- Still a slight weakness (minor falio: sparse brows)
- Might try topical minoxidil in the future to thicken them naturally.
- If your lashes are weak: Try castor oil nightly or even finasteride drops (more aggressive but works).
- If your eyebrows are shit: Either microblade (semi-permanent) or go the minoxidil route.
No jaw surgery, no implants. Pretty basic stuff.
- Proper Tongue Posture (Mewing): Base layer. Always sealed, suction hold.
- Hard Chewing (Falim Gum / Mastic Gum): Daily sessions, long term.
- Masseter hypertrophy = added width and thickness to the lower third.
- Balanced out my slightly longer vertical third.
- Helped transition from a narrow, longer face to a more masculine and structured silhouette.
- 1-2 hours of hard chewing at least 3x a week.
- Consistency > Intensity. Do it over months, not just weeks.
Daily Routine:
- Cleanse (AM + PM)
- Moisturize (AM + PM)
- Vitamin C serum (AM)
- Niacinamide (PM)
- Exfoliate (2-3x a week) — Salicylic acid or gentle physical exfoliant
- Employ a lymphatic drainage routine
- Tan strategically: Improves contrast, enhances facial shadows, creates an illusion of leanness.
- Vitamin D maxxing: Natural sun exposure daily for optimal skin quality and hormone regulation.
- Melanotan II (Optional): If you’re a pasty white goblin and willing to manage the side effects.
- Tanning beds (risky)
- Spray tans/tanning drops (safe)
Teeth are a primary halo feature.
If your teeth are:
- Crooked = Major falio. Get braces or Invisalign yesterday.
- Yellow = Major falio. Start bleaching.
- Opalescence 35% Bleach Gel + custom trays (best method by far)
- If budget-limited: Crest Whitestrips are passable but weaker.
- Your smile can either amplify or destroy your halo. Invest accordingly.
- Straight + white = massive increase in appeal.

Looksmaxxing isn’t everything. If you move like a loser, you’re a loser.
Some facts:
- Never talk about this shit irl. It makes you sound autistic.
- Drop the nerd slang. No “ascend,” no “halo,” no “PSL” talk. Talk like a normal human being.
- Build an actual life. Lift, get hobbies, travel, talk to women, make money.
- No fap maxxing. Quit porn, quit dopamine addiction, start channeling it into something worthwhile.
