I don't know what to believe except myself. Lots of people keep telling me it's fake and not true tho i LITTERALY experienced it, it was unreal now i want to master it

Has anyone ever successfully lucid dreamt?
I'm thinking of mastering it and I've learnt a few things :
Anything you think of in your mind comes true in the lucid dream,. LITTERALY anything..

That explains why i kept waking up in a (lucid) dream (i didnt know it was a lucid dream at all) tho i wanted to wake up in real life, not in the dream. Litteraly anything i thought of came true in the dream.
Funny thing i morphed into a really good looking dude with abs too for some reason. Aha.

If anyone has tips about lucid dreaming let me know

Thinking about it it felt like a nightmare but later on when i realized it was a lucid dream i loved it and i want to experience this again it felt amazing tho it was horrifying and scary not being able to wake up

It’s pretty cool
It’s practically leaving ur body in a state of all-consciousness and just flying around
It’s scary at first tho

That might've been random but I've heard of other people how they mastered it so I'm kind of into learning it
I'll try for 2 weeks of so and see for myself

i had it once when i was younger
then i tried the kinesthetic anchoring method to disconnect from your body but it felt like i was about to have a seizure so i stopped

im epileptic though. i think i read about another method where you set alarms early in the morning and then go to bed again and thats supposed to increase the likelyhood of a lucid dream

Ooo yesss i know about thattt!!!!
Usually when i have a full bladder i wake up in the morning (not fully actually) and just go back to sleep like normal. I usually experience lucid dreams like that, but not always. I did have it pretty often but sometimes it's also just dreams i can remember innstead of the other
