Lucid dreams

Sometimes I find myself in a lucid dream unconsciously. Usually in my dreams I can fly or stay in the air for a certain period of time. I do this by closing my feet slightly while I am dreaming. It's quite an exciting experience. The strange part is that when you're dreaming you think it's definitely not a dream, but then of course you wake up. It's hard to explain, you have to try.
I want to do this job more when my consciousness is clearer
Does anyone have any information about lucid dreams? What are your thoughts?

lucid dreaming is literally like being a god and creating imaginary worlds and environments and shit but ACTUALLY being there

it’s disconnecting from reality

so you’re not seeing it in your head

you’re there and it feels just like physical reality

like the matrix or animus in assassins creed
