The whitening effect on the sclera is temporary and lasts up to eight hours. The drops work by constricting blood vessels in the eye, which generally should not be a noticeable issue if you are getting adequate sleep and not staring at screens 24/7. While lumify is effective, its not really necessary. Just get better sleep brah.
