Im 17 on summer break i have all the time in the World , i dont squat for the gains i squat 3 Days in a Row then one day off from them because i always do them in the start because i Think its fun af then i go on and do my hypertrophy shit10 minutes rest is just ridiculous from a practical standpoint, irrespective of whether it’s optimal or not
