Scientific researches on this subject?
Why take 20mg when I can take 10, 50, 100 or even 150 mg?

2. How significant of a change?
3. Any side effects..
4. Also, if you can briefly explain the scientific reasoning why it is permanent, I’m guessing a homeostasic response of sorts..

yeah it balances beta carotenes yellowness really well, i don't have control photos but personally, I feel like it has affected in a positive way, just my thoughts tho I have no proof
