I’ve been taking lycopene for about a week now and still don’t see any noticeable results. The only time where my skin appear reddish is when I am outside in natural light, but Indoors I still look yellow which mean the results aren’t strong enough. I am more on the browner side won’t say I’m completely dark, but I am brown with light yellowish undertones.

How lean will I need to be to notice more results?

I roost tomato’s and put my lycopene powder on top of it when it is done cooking

I do have some some reddish rn but it not that noticeable

Barley use it and haven’t seen any results might start using it again though

If you’re brown then you’re not going to look like a rose-kissed Swede. There is no fix.
