I read a guide that said to take 20 mg, is this total or absorbed lycopene?
 
You can take 75-100mg daily for months without problems, that's what I'm doing.

The "20mg" refers to lycopene from supplements, the recommended daily intake is between 15-45mg.

Correct, you can bump up the antioxidant dose as well.

Just keep in mind to use any antioxidant outside of the workout window as this can reduce skeletal muscular adaptations.
