Lymecyclis, adapalene and benzoyl peroxide

My doctor perscribed me lymecycline and epiduo which has adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Will this demolish my hormones or such in any way? Lymecycline is an antibiotic so i’m pretty sure all the bacteria in my body is going to die. I wanted to Get isotretinoin/accutane instead but next time i’m meeting her is in 2 months

Epiduo is fine, both adapalene and benzoyl peroxide don't go systemic and only stay on your face.

With lymecycline you will kill some of the bacteria, both the good ones and the bad ones, but since it's typically for a short period of time it might have positive effects on your acne.

I would recommend listening to her here, accutane has more side effects IMO. Would only consider it as the last resort.
