Lymph node size reduction

I’ve got these fat ass lymph nodes in my neck, got them checked for cancer but it’s fine, there just massive and sit right under my ramus and stick out from the side , anyone know any methods to make them smaller

same issue here... they usually get enlarged as inflammatory responses to acne and such, and could stay enlarged permanently

either way, lymphatic massages /lymphatic drainage could help. also reducing inflammation in the body in general would help of course, like eating nutritious foods and avoiding external sugars and most seed oils.
