Lympatic system draining
Quick way of noticing a congested/halted
lymphatic system
If your hands have white spots on them like this, then you most likely have a congested lymphatic system:

Action: Detoxify Lymphatic System (remove
toxins in the iris/cornea)
Now that we know the various ways that
toxins/compounds can store in the eye and
lymphatic system, we need to get the lymphatics ystem unclogged (again, if you google what a“clogged” lymphatic system is, you will get results showing lymphoedema, but everyone has a clogged lymphatic system just to a lesser extent (or further extent with different physical attributes/symptoms.)
The lymphatic system can be thought of as the“ cleaning system” of the body. It is a blood-vessel-like system that moves toxins out of the body. It dissolves our bodies’ dead cells,
purges waste, and places it under the skin to be perspired out. Unfortunately, for most modern people the lymphatic system and/or skin is blocked and malnourished.
The most prevalent “cloggers” of the lymphatic
system:
1: Micro particles like microplastics cannot be
“melted” or removed properly, so they congest
and clog the lymphatic system, arteries, blood
vessel, and even contribute to heart disease
2: Oxalic acid (from oxalates)
3: Linoleic acid and other specific compounds
found in vegetable/seed oils (hydrogenated or not)
So how do we remove these, well there are three
steps:
Step 1 – proper circumstances for removal
Step 2 – removal
Step 3 – prevention
Proper Circumstances for Removal
If you did step 2 without doing step 1 first, then
you would see no progress.
There are two sub-components within this: youf irst need to allow the compounds themselves to move, and THEN allow the lymphatic system to move the compounds themselves.

Heat.
Heat will be your best friend, anything that will
apply proper internal heat towards your body, will also allow the lymphatic system to move more freely by quite literally melting, or loosening the compounds like plastics and hardened oxalic acid.
But how do you properly apply heat? You have
two options.
Hot Baths or Saunas
A sauna actually will not apply proper internal
heat, but it will be just enough to get things
flowing.
A hot bath will indeed apply the adequate amount of internal heat, and when I say hot bath I mean extremely hot. Temperatures from 103 (bare minimum) to 111.
Perspire at least every 4 days.
90% of detoxifcation occurs through the skin, the body sends 90% of the toxins that need to be eliminated through the skin. However, they are only deposited under the skin or between
connective tissue, it is still required to sweat
them out. Leaving those toxins under the skin can create substantial discomfort, skin issues,
connective tissue issues, etc. overtime.
Whether through sports, hot baths, using heat
devices, it is necessary to sweat often.
Not only to avoid potentially severe damage
caused by long-term toxicity accumulation, but by also removing feeling of lethargy, irritability, and make you feel clear-headed and help with better sleep/overall bodily functions.
Why are saunas not optimal?
Their temperature is too hot and air does not
offer as good heat transfer as water does, so it
fails to increase internal body temperatures .
Saunas are great for sweating, but not for going deep and melting the toxins within the lymphatic system. You can do both hot baths and saunas in conjunction.
The temperature the body is exposed to should
not be above 44.8C (11F), or it will cause some
damage, from what I have experienced.
When taking hot baths, if the water is not
naturally mineral/spring water (which it most likely isn’t), I suggest adding this formula to
neutralize the toxins within tap water:
LYMPHATIC BATH FORMULA:
-2 tablespoons of epsom salt or sea salt
-6 tablespoons of ACV (raw, undiluted)
-1-3 cups of raw milk (yes, milk!)
If you feel like your wasting time in the bath, I
suggest setting up a bath desk and a computer so you can do any work/things while working in the bath.
Heat limitations/excessiveness
High heats are more effective but can also have negative side affects and be quite detrimental for certain people.
Some individuals should never go past 44.2C, and others 40.5C (depending on body structure, weight, muscle, hormones, etc.)
+43.3C can destroy enzymes and vitamins the
skin.
+49C and 7-9 min immersion can cause brain
damage (avoid)
The Hydro Method (most effective, most
taxing)
“The Hydro Method” or rather hydrotherapy/cold-heat-repeat therapy, is the
alternation of cold and heat to stimulate the body and cause a larger amount of detoxification.
The hydro method is extremely taxing and
requires enough energy and fat cells in the
intestines, nerves, and in the belly.
Hydrotherapy often involves exposure to different water temperatures, such as hot and cold water immersion. These temperature changes can stimulate circulation, increase heart rate, and challenge the body’s thermoregulatory system.
This can be physically demanding and taxing on the cardiovascular system.
Hydrostatic Pressure: Immersing the body in
water creates hydrostatic pressure, which can
enhance blood circulation and lymphatic
drainage. However, this pressure also puts
additional stress on the body, particularly the
cardiovascular system, as it works harder to
circulate blood and fluids.
Detoxification: Despite the taxing nature of
hydrotherapy, it can trigger detoxification
processes in the body. The combination of
increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, andsweating induced by hydrotherapy can help
eliminate toxins and waste products from the
body. The body’s natural detoxification organs,
such as the liver and kidneys, work more
efficiently when circulation is improved, aiding in the elimination of toxins.
Stress Reduction: Hydrotherapy can also
promote relaxation and reduce stress levels,
which indirectly supports detoxification. When
the body is in a relaxed state, it can allocate more resources to detoxification processes, allowing for more efficient elimination of toxins.
Increased Metabolism and proper Co2 (ANS):
Some forms of hydrotherapy, such as contrast
showers or alternating between hot and cold
water immersion, can temporarily boost
metabolism. This increased metabolic activity
can enhance the body’s ability to break down and eliminate toxins, as well as switch from a
sympathetic, to parasympathetic, back to
sympathetic, then to parasympathetic (which isn’t exactly optimal, but required for intense detoxification)
METHOD 1: (if you are skinnier, smaller boned,
smaller muscles, and short)
– 30m mild heat exposure (103-106F)
– <1m mild cold exposure (41-46F)
REPEAT
do this 2x/day every 3 days
METHOD 2: (if you are larger, bigger boned,
bigger muscles, and taller)
– 5m extreme heat exposure (106-111F)
– 30s extreme cold exposure (36-40F)
– 10m mild/extreme heat exposure (103-109F)
– 30s extreme cold exposure (36-40F)
– 10m extreme heat exposure (106-111F)
– 30s mild cold exposure (41-46F)
– 5m very mild heat exposure (99-100F)
REPEAT 2x in one session or 2x/daily
if 2x/daily in seperate session, take 2 day breaks
if 2x in one session take 3 day breaks
for Method 2, notice the change in temperature
and change in “extreme -> mild” this is the most advanced method of hydrotherapy, and will work the most efficiently, but you can go from extreme heat -> extreme cold -> extreme heat as well, but
it will be more taxxing and less efficient. some
people cannot afford to spend time changing
temperatures in such short periods of times.
Contraception, testicular health, bacteria loss
The motility of semen production and overall
testicle health requires a cold environment, and
exposure to prolonged extreme temperatures can lead to temporary sterility from a few days to weeks.
Semen is still slowly produced but sperm cannot move because of certain enzymes are incapable of functioning without cold.
How do you avoid this?
Cover your balls with something whilst in the bath
to prevent water from reach them, OR, don’t worry
about it. The benefits outweigh the cons.
High heat (like a fever) can lower specific good
bacterial levels within the body and gut
microbiome which is a negative as well. I am
simply addressing the downsides of doing this
method, but the benefits OUTWEIGH all of them.
Hair protection
Whilst in the hot baths, hair can dry, specifically
the scalp, leading to dandruff and scalp issues.
A hair mask with clay, coconut cream, or even raw eggs can help protect and moisturize the scalp.
Skin protection
The skin will most definetly going to dry out
slowly after long sessions from the water (yup!
water is not moisturizing), and even the toxins
passing through the water. Oiling the skin with various fats can protect this from happening.
Applying fats onto the skin before going into a
hot bath not only will prevent toxic substances in municipal water from being absorbed through the skin, it w will also prevent drying out of the skin and proper moisture.
Lymphatic Congestion
Lymphatic congestion is caused by toxicity
accumulated in the lymphatic system, specifically
glands and nodes.
The lymph system feeds every cell in the body
except red and white blood cells. The lymphatic
system is responsible for neutralizing toxins,
reducing toxins to smaller substances and
eliminating them through ducts, ears (wax),
mucous membranes, bowels, urinary tract, and
mostly skin. Reversing lymphatic congestion will indeed take time.
Lymphatic congestion results from chemicals
from certain medications, pesticides,herbicides,
hydrogenated oils, soy, flavoring additives,
safflower oils, linoleic and oxalic acid (as
mentioned above.) These oils and compounds
harden over time (5-20 years) and are not fluid at our bodies regular internal temperatures.
Lymphatic baths and the hydro method will help
with lymphatic congestion.
Step 2: Removal
Now that we have gone over the proper
circumstances for removal (hot baths + the hydro method), we will need to go over ACTUALLY removing them.
Yes, hot baths will sweat out some toxicity and
melt some of the compounds/non-fluids within
the lymphatic system, but we need to actually
remove the bulk of the toxicity.
Imagine melting a ton of poison and leaving it
alone to re-harden. This is the same concept as doing a hot bath and the hydro method without anything else, the compounds will simply re-harden (yes, some of them will leave through sweat and the lymphatic systems detoxification pathway naturally)
So what can we do?
MOVEMENT
Sedentary = death. The more you move, the fewer problems you will have. This is especially true in regard to Lymph. The lymphatic system needs you to move to flush all the toxins out of your body. If you do not, you will bloat, swell, hurt, and disease.
Always be moving.
It’s so easy to think you’re a fit person by lifting
weights 5% of the day, but what you really need is a holistic movement routine to flush toxins and get the lymph system flowing.
Walking stimulates the lymphatic system
resulting in detoxification, cell clearance,
hormonal circulation of progesterone which is
known to balance our fat deposits and toxins.
Walking reduces cortisol which is known to waste muscles from the glutes and deposit fat in the belly, ultimately changing our hormonal profile hence body type
The push and pull our intestines undergo from
moving our limbs and spine back and forth
stimulate bowel movement and clearance of
toxins, excess serotonin and bacteria that are
known to feed on our food prohibiting us from
absorbing the nutrients from the food we
consume, making us fat In summary walking
stimulates, lymphatic system gets rid of toxins,
optimizes our hormones and gets rid of bad
bacteria, lowers SIBO by pushing it into the large intestines where it belongs, gravity.
The different types of movement for lymphatic
congestion:
– Walking
– Stretching
– Flib Method- or “Lymphatic Dancing”
The Flib Method: Lymphatic Dancing
This method not only helps the fascia (helps
height growth, facial development, etc.), but also to get the lymphatic system uncongested.
Simply move your entire body, weirdly, at once, as fast as possible, constantly. You will look weird so do it in private!
Here is an example of someone doing it:
Skin Stimulation/Circulation: Dry Brushing
Dry skin brushing stimulates the skin and
promotes circulation, which as a result, start
stimulating the lymphatic system, exfoliating the skin, removing toxins, increasing circulation and energy, and reducing cellulite. Dry brushing is an Ayurvedic medicine that has been around for centuries.
The lymphatic system, unlike the circulatory
system with its heart pump, relies on muscle
movement to keep fluid flowing.
When this movement falters, waste removal
slows, leading to congestion akin to traffic jams
in a city. Lymphatic drainage acts like hiring traffic guards for your body’s internal highways,
ensuring smooth flow. Dry brushing is praised for its ability to kickstart this system. By brushing towards the heart, you awaken lymph nodes, prompting fluid movement. This stimulation aids in efficient waste removal and enhances blood circulation, resulting in healthier, radiant skin. Dry brushing also exfoliates, unveiling a fresh skin layer, and some believe it can reduce cellulite.
Technique matters; start from the feet and move upwards, with gentler strokes in sensitive areas like the stomach and armpits. It’s recommended to dry brush before a morning shower to wash away the loosened dead skin cells.
I recommend this dry brush, as it is not made out of nylon, plastic, and synthetic bristles, and
instead boar bristles- no endocrine disruptors,
and very high quality.
Proper Breathing: Butekyo Breathing,
Diaphragmatic Breathing
It helps so many different things, including height,
bone mass, hormone regulation, etc.
How?
Co2 and the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System)
which are both directly correlated with the
development of a human body.
Diaphragmatic breathing helps decongestion of
the lymphatic system, switching the Autonomic
Nevous System (ANS) to a parasympathetic state
(PSNS) instead of a sympathetic state (SNS),
increases the elimination of toxins and boosts
the overall immune system regulation.
Diaphragmatic breathing and the Buteyko
breathing method are both techniques aimed at
improving breathing patterns and overall health,
but they approach it in slightly different ways.
1.Diaphragmatic Breathing:
● Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as
abdominal or deep breathing, focuses onengaging the diaphragm, a dome-shaped
muscle located at the base of the lungs.
When you inhale deeply, your diaphragm
contracts downward, allowing the lungs
to fill with air.
● This technique encourages full expansion
of the lungs, which can help increase
oxygen exchange and reduce shallow
breathing patterns often associated with
stress or anxiety.
● Diaphragmatic breathing is often used in
various relaxation and mindfulness
practices, such as yoga and meditation,
to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
2.Buteyko Breathing Method:
● The Buteyko breathing method,
developed by Russian physiologist
Konstantin Buteyko, focuses on reducing
over-breathing (hyperventilation) and
increasing carbon dioxide levels in the
body.
● It emphasizes nasal breathing and gentle,
shallow breathing patterns to retain
carbon dioxide in the lungs, which can have a variety of health benefits according to its proponents, such as improving asthma symptoms, reducing anxiety, and enhancing overall respiratory function.
● Buteyko practitioners often advocate for
nasal breathing during both rest and
physical activity, as well as specific
exercises aimed at reducing breathing
volume and increasing breath-holding
time.
Both done temporarily in conjunction are great
and achieve the most optimal results.
Diaphragmatic breathing is slighty different.
The diaphragm is a large muscle that sits below the lungs and helps the lungs expand and contract. Diaphragmatic breathing is a deep breathing exercise that fully engages the
diaphragm and increases the efficiency of the
lungs.
In contrast, normal breathing is relatively shallow and does not use the full capacity of the lungs.
Prevention Techniques
Now that we’ve gone over the proper
circumstances for removal, removal itself, we
need to go over prevention of a congested
lymphatic system.
PREVENTION is key, none of this will work if youkeep re-introducing what clogs the system in the first place.
You can keep detoxing, and keep gaining
everything back, this will do nothing.
We know what clogs the lymphatic system, here is how to avoid EVERYTHING, AVOID:
– Linoleic acid
– Hydrogenated vegetable and seed oils/fats
– Overuse of any medication without getting to
the root cause
– Pesticides, herbicides, insecticides
– Microplastics
– Synthetic materials, textiles, dyes (in the form
of clothing, furniture, bedding, etc.)
– Tap water contaminents: atrazine, glyphosate, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, in addition to radionuclide contaminants, such as radium and
uranium. nitrites.
– Heavy metals: alluminum, copper, nickel, lead.
– Artificial Fragrances
– Artificial ingredients in food items
As you get healthier, your lymphatic system will follow.
Btw sorry of the missaligment I am to lazy to align it.Thanks for watching

● Buteyko practitioners often advocate for
nasal breathing during both rest and
physical activity, as well as specific
exercises aimed at reducing breathing
volume and increasing breath-holding
time.
Both done temporarily in conjunction are great
and achieve the most optimal results.
Diaphragmatic breathing is slighty different.
The diaphragm is a large muscle that sits below the lungs and helps the lungs expand and contract. Diaphragmatic breathing is a deep breathing exercise that fully engages the
diaphragm and increases the efficiency of the
lungs.
In contrast, normal breathing is relatively shallow and does not use the full capacity of the lungs.
Prevention Techniques
Now that we’ve gone over the proper
circumstances for removal, removal itself, we
need to go over prevention of a congested
lymphatic system.
PREVENTION is key, none of this will work if youkeep re-introducing what clogs the system in the first place.
You can keep detoxing, and keep gaining
everything back, this will do nothing.
We know what clogs the lymphatic system, here is how to avoid EVERYTHING, AVOID:
– Linoleic acid
– Hydrogenated vegetable and seed oils/fats
– Overuse of any medication without getting to
the root cause
– Pesticides, herbicides, insecticides
– Microplastics
– Synthetic materials, textiles, dyes (in the form
of clothing, furniture, bedding, etc.)
– Tap water contaminents: atrazine, glyphosate, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, in addition to radionuclide contaminants, such as radium and
uranium. nitrites.
– Heavy metals: alluminum, copper, nickel, lead.
– Artificial Fragrances
– Artificial ingredients in food items
As you get healthier, your lymphatic system will follow.

Lympatic system draining
Quick way of noticing a congested/halted
lymphatic system
If your hands have white spots on them like this, then you most likely have a congested lymphatic system:
View attachment 3910857Action: Detoxify Lymphatic System (remove
toxins in the iris/cornea)
Now that we know the various ways that
toxins/compounds can store in the eye and
lymphatic system, we need to get the lymphatics ystem unclogged (again, if you google what a“clogged” lymphatic system is, you will get results showing lymphoedema, but everyone has a clogged lymphatic system just to a lesser extent (or further extent with different physical attributes/symptoms.)
The lymphatic system can be thought of as the“ cleaning system” of the body. It is a blood-vessel-like system that moves toxins out of the body. It dissolves our bodies’ dead cells,
purges waste, and places it under the skin to be perspired out. Unfortunately, for most modern people the lymphatic system and/or skin is blocked and malnourished.
The most prevalent “cloggers” of the lymphatic
system:
1: Micro particles like microplastics cannot be
“melted” or removed properly, so they congest
and clog the lymphatic system, arteries, blood
vessel, and even contribute to heart disease
2: Oxalic acid (from oxalates)
3: Linoleic acid and other specific compounds
found in vegetable/seed oils (hydrogenated or not)
So how do we remove these, well there are three
steps:
Step 1 – proper circumstances for removal
Step 2 – removal
Step 3 – prevention
Proper Circumstances for Removal
If you did step 2 without doing step 1 first, then
you would see no progress.
There are two sub-components within this: youf irst need to allow the compounds themselves to move, and THEN allow the lymphatic system to move the compounds themselves.

Heat.
Heat will be your best friend, anything that will
apply proper internal heat towards your body, will also allow the lymphatic system to move more freely by quite literally melting, or loosening the compounds like plastics and hardened oxalic acid.
But how do you properly apply heat? You have
two options.
Hot Baths or Saunas
A sauna actually will not apply proper internal
heat, but it will be just enough to get things
flowing.
A hot bath will indeed apply the adequate amount of internal heat, and when I say hot bath I mean extremely hot. Temperatures from 103 (bare minimum) to 111.
Perspire at least every 4 days.
90% of detoxifcation occurs through the skin, the body sends 90% of the toxins that need to be eliminated through the skin. However, they are only deposited under the skin or between
connective tissue, it is still required to sweat
them out. Leaving those toxins under the skin can create substantial discomfort, skin issues,
connective tissue issues, etc. overtime.
Whether through sports, hot baths, using heat
devices, it is necessary to sweat often.
Not only to avoid potentially severe damage
caused by long-term toxicity accumulation, but by also removing feeling of lethargy, irritability, and make you feel clear-headed and help with better sleep/overall bodily functions.
Why are saunas not optimal?
Their temperature is too hot and air does not
offer as good heat transfer as water does, so it
fails to increase internal body temperatures .
Saunas are great for sweating, but not for going deep and melting the toxins within the lymphatic system. You can do both hot baths and saunas in conjunction.
The temperature the body is exposed to should
not be above 44.8C (11F), or it will cause some
damage, from what I have experienced.
When taking hot baths, if the water is not
naturally mineral/spring water (which it most likely isn’t), I suggest adding this formula to
neutralize the toxins within tap water:
LYMPHATIC BATH FORMULA:
-2 tablespoons of epsom salt or sea salt
-6 tablespoons of ACV (raw, undiluted)
-1-3 cups of raw milk (yes, milk!)
If you feel like your wasting time in the bath, I
suggest setting up a bath desk and a computer so you can do any work/things while working in the bath.
Heat limitations/excessiveness
High heats are more effective but can also have negative side affects and be quite detrimental for certain people.
Some individuals should never go past 44.2C, and others 40.5C (depending on body structure, weight, muscle, hormones, etc.)
+43.3C can destroy enzymes and vitamins the
skin.
+49C and 7-9 min immersion can cause brain
damage (avoid)
The Hydro Method (most effective, most
taxing)
“The Hydro Method” or rather hydrotherapy/cold-heat-repeat therapy, is the
alternation of cold and heat to stimulate the body and cause a larger amount of detoxification.
The hydro method is extremely taxing and
requires enough energy and fat cells in the
intestines, nerves, and in the belly.
Hydrotherapy often involves exposure to different water temperatures, such as hot and cold water immersion. These temperature changes can stimulate circulation, increase heart rate, and challenge the body’s thermoregulatory system.
This can be physically demanding and taxing on the cardiovascular system.
Hydrostatic Pressure: Immersing the body in
water creates hydrostatic pressure, which can
enhance blood circulation and lymphatic
drainage. However, this pressure also puts
additional stress on the body, particularly the
cardiovascular system, as it works harder to
circulate blood and fluids.
Detoxification: Despite the taxing nature of
hydrotherapy, it can trigger detoxification
processes in the body. The combination of
increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, andsweating induced by hydrotherapy can help
eliminate toxins and waste products from the
body. The body’s natural detoxification organs,
such as the liver and kidneys, work more
efficiently when circulation is improved, aiding in the elimination of toxins.
Stress Reduction: Hydrotherapy can also
promote relaxation and reduce stress levels,
which indirectly supports detoxification. When
the body is in a relaxed state, it can allocate more resources to detoxification processes, allowing for more efficient elimination of toxins.
Increased Metabolism and proper Co2 (ANS):
Some forms of hydrotherapy, such as contrast
showers or alternating between hot and cold
water immersion, can temporarily boost
metabolism. This increased metabolic activity
can enhance the body’s ability to break down and eliminate toxins, as well as switch from a
sympathetic, to parasympathetic, back to
sympathetic, then to parasympathetic (which isn’t exactly optimal, but required for intense detoxification)
METHOD 1: (if you are skinnier, smaller boned,
smaller muscles, and short)
– 30m mild heat exposure (103-106F)
– <1m mild cold exposure (41-46F)
REPEAT
do this 2x/day every 3 days
METHOD 2: (if you are larger, bigger boned,
bigger muscles, and taller)
– 5m extreme heat exposure (106-111F)
– 30s extreme cold exposure (36-40F)
– 10m mild/extreme heat exposure (103-109F)
– 30s extreme cold exposure (36-40F)
– 10m extreme heat exposure (106-111F)
– 30s mild cold exposure (41-46F)
– 5m very mild heat exposure (99-100F)
REPEAT 2x in one session or 2x/daily
if 2x/daily in seperate session, take 2 day breaks
if 2x in one session take 3 day breaks
for Method 2, notice the change in temperature
and change in “extreme -> mild” this is the most advanced method of hydrotherapy, and will work the most efficiently, but you can go from extreme heat -> extreme cold -> extreme heat as well, but
it will be more taxxing and less efficient. some
people cannot afford to spend time changing
temperatures in such short periods of times.
Contraception, testicular health, bacteria loss
The motility of semen production and overall
testicle health requires a cold environment, and
exposure to prolonged extreme temperatures can lead to temporary sterility from a few days to weeks.
Semen is still slowly produced but sperm cannot move because of certain enzymes are incapable of functioning without cold.
How do you avoid this?
Cover your balls with something whilst in the bath
to prevent water from reach them, OR, don’t worry
about it. The benefits outweigh the cons.
High heat (like a fever) can lower specific good
bacterial levels within the body and gut
microbiome which is a negative as well. I am
simply addressing the downsides of doing this
method, but the benefits OUTWEIGH all of them.
Hair protection
Whilst in the hot baths, hair can dry, specifically
the scalp, leading to dandruff and scalp issues.
A hair mask with clay, coconut cream, or even raw eggs can help protect and moisturize the scalp.
Skin protection
The skin will most definetly going to dry out
slowly after long sessions from the water (yup!
water is not moisturizing), and even the toxins
passing through the water. Oiling the skin with various fats can protect this from happening.
Applying fats onto the skin before going into a
hot bath not only will prevent toxic substances in municipal water from being absorbed through the skin, it w will also prevent drying out of the skin and proper moisture.
Lymphatic Congestion
Lymphatic congestion is caused by toxicity
accumulated in the lymphatic system, specifically
glands and nodes.
The lymph system feeds every cell in the body
except red and white blood cells. The lymphatic
system is responsible for neutralizing toxins,
reducing toxins to smaller substances and
eliminating them through ducts, ears (wax),
mucous membranes, bowels, urinary tract, and
mostly skin. Reversing lymphatic congestion will indeed take time.
Lymphatic congestion results from chemicals
from certain medications, pesticides,herbicides,
hydrogenated oils, soy, flavoring additives,
safflower oils, linoleic and oxalic acid (as
mentioned above.) These oils and compounds
harden over time (5-20 years) and are not fluid at our bodies regular internal temperatures.
Lymphatic baths and the hydro method will help
with lymphatic congestion.
Step 2: Removal
Now that we have gone over the proper
circumstances for removal (hot baths + the hydro method), we will need to go over ACTUALLY removing them.
Yes, hot baths will sweat out some toxicity and
melt some of the compounds/non-fluids within
the lymphatic system, but we need to actually
remove the bulk of the toxicity.
Imagine melting a ton of poison and leaving it
alone to re-harden. This is the same concept as doing a hot bath and the hydro method without anything else, the compounds will simply re-harden (yes, some of them will leave through sweat and the lymphatic systems detoxification pathway naturally)
So what can we do?
MOVEMENT
Sedentary = death. The more you move, the fewer problems you will have. This is especially true in regard to Lymph. The lymphatic system needs you to move to flush all the toxins out of your body. If you do not, you will bloat, swell, hurt, and disease.
Always be moving.
It’s so easy to think you’re a fit person by lifting
weights 5% of the day, but what you really need is a holistic movement routine to flush toxins and get the lymph system flowing.
Walking stimulates the lymphatic system
resulting in detoxification, cell clearance,
hormonal circulation of progesterone which is
known to balance our fat deposits and toxins.
Walking reduces cortisol which is known to waste muscles from the glutes and deposit fat in the belly, ultimately changing our hormonal profile hence body type
The push and pull our intestines undergo from
moving our limbs and spine back and forth
stimulate bowel movement and clearance of
toxins, excess serotonin and bacteria that are
known to feed on our food prohibiting us from
absorbing the nutrients from the food we
consume, making us fat In summary walking
stimulates, lymphatic system gets rid of toxins,
optimizes our hormones and gets rid of bad
bacteria, lowers SIBO by pushing it into the large intestines where it belongs, gravity.
The different types of movement for lymphatic
congestion:
– Walking
– Stretching
– Flib Method- or “Lymphatic Dancing”
The Flib Method: Lymphatic Dancing
This method not only helps the fascia (helps
height growth, facial development, etc.), but also to get the lymphatic system uncongested.
Simply move your entire body, weirdly, at once, as fast as possible, constantly. You will look weird so do it in private!
Here is an example of someone doing it:
Skin Stimulation/Circulation: Dry Brushing
Dry skin brushing stimulates the skin and
promotes circulation, which as a result, start
stimulating the lymphatic system, exfoliating the skin, removing toxins, increasing circulation and energy, and reducing cellulite. Dry brushing is an Ayurvedic medicine that has been around for centuries.
The lymphatic system, unlike the circulatory
system with its heart pump, relies on muscle
movement to keep fluid flowing.
When this movement falters, waste removal
slows, leading to congestion akin to traffic jams
in a city. Lymphatic drainage acts like hiring traffic guards for your body’s internal highways,
ensuring smooth flow. Dry brushing is praised for its ability to kickstart this system. By brushing towards the heart, you awaken lymph nodes, prompting fluid movement. This stimulation aids in efficient waste removal and enhances blood circulation, resulting in healthier, radiant skin. Dry brushing also exfoliates, unveiling a fresh skin layer, and some believe it can reduce cellulite.
Technique matters; start from the feet and move upwards, with gentler strokes in sensitive areas like the stomach and armpits. It’s recommended to dry brush before a morning shower to wash away the loosened dead skin cells.
I recommend this dry brush, as it is not made out of nylon, plastic, and synthetic bristles, and
instead boar bristles- no endocrine disruptors,
and very high quality.
Proper Breathing: Butekyo Breathing,
Diaphragmatic Breathing
It helps so many different things, including height,
bone mass, hormone regulation, etc.
How?
Co2 and the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System)
which are both directly correlated with the
development of a human body.
Diaphragmatic breathing helps decongestion of
the lymphatic system, switching the Autonomic
Nevous System (ANS) to a parasympathetic state
(PSNS) instead of a sympathetic state (SNS),
increases the elimination of toxins and boosts
the overall immune system regulation.
Diaphragmatic breathing and the Buteyko
breathing method are both techniques aimed at
improving breathing patterns and overall health,
but they approach it in slightly different ways.
1.Diaphragmatic Breathing:
● Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as
abdominal or deep breathing, focuses onengaging the diaphragm, a dome-shaped
muscle located at the base of the lungs.
When you inhale deeply, your diaphragm
contracts downward, allowing the lungs
to fill with air.
● This technique encourages full expansion
of the lungs, which can help increase
oxygen exchange and reduce shallow
breathing patterns often associated with
stress or anxiety.
● Diaphragmatic breathing is often used in
various relaxation and mindfulness
practices, such as yoga and meditation,
to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
2.Buteyko Breathing Method:
● The Buteyko breathing method,
developed by Russian physiologist
Konstantin Buteyko, focuses on reducing
over-breathing (hyperventilation) and
increasing carbon dioxide levels in the
body.
● It emphasizes nasal breathing and gentle,
shallow breathing patterns to retain
carbon dioxide in the lungs, which can have a variety of health benefits according to its proponents, such as improving asthma symptoms, reducing anxiety, and enhancing overall respiratory function.
● Buteyko practitioners often advocate for
nasal breathing during both rest and
physical activity, as well as specific
