To the members who have terrible mental health ( probably most of you ) and have had a shit mental outlook on life for a significant period of time, you should start looking into this side of the forum. i took 300 mg of pregab before I went to school and my anxiety felt nearly completely gone, i will say i noticed it made me more socially unaware but this probably isn't a bad thing because normies will interpret this as NTness if you are overly aware.

you can get it prescribed if you have good reason to have an alternative to SSRIS, and you're diagnosed with anxiety, some places also require being over 18. its pretty easy to find online from what I know
