Biggest downside is probably height. dependant on where you life. In Netherlands, you would be kinda fucked almost with 175cm. Need to be close to 180cm in netherlands, to be not seen as below average height or shortish

• upper eyelid exposure is your biggest eye area problem, get fillers to fix it.
• Get minoxidil on your eyebrows, if you don't see results in 3-4months watch this video:

That alone will improve your eye area alot


Surgeries that you need:

Hair transplant = Squared nw0 gives an insane halo to anyone (You gotta have Zayn or young Justin Bieber's hairline tbh)
Rhinoplasty
Flipping myoplasty of the orbicularis oris muscle/or filler to give you a more defined philtrum (it's on the average range in terms of height but it lacks definition.
