M15, What can I do to improve?

i've already ascended but barely, i used to be literal sub5 but i ascended to mid or high ltn. i'm still unsatisfied with my appearance and i wanna know what i can do cause i don't know what else to fix.

here's my ascension from sub5 to ltn-->

I know it's only a slight glow up and it was probably pointless to put the comparisons but i would genuinely like to know what i can do to improve for my front and side profile. hardmaxxing is also acceptable list literally anything, also i'm a newgen so forgive me if i don't understand something or get anything wrong(i'll probably receive death threats from this lol) but yeah guys!! help me out and point out my flaws.

is this good enough? i'm thinking of getting rhinoplasty or tipplasty because of my droopy, round tip, fat grafts for my excessive uee and under eyelid surgery for my sclera show. what do you think? also ik my colorings not that good

ur coloring is shit u look like zombie/pale, maybe try to fix that, idk if tan would suit you tho, also you have puffy cheeks so u need to get lower bf %, and debloat
