hgh works yes but at 16, most likely (still get your plates checked) it wont do much even at 6iu+ daily with an AI to prevent aromatization from shutting plates down earlier

rhinoplasty+double jaw would help, your eyebrow color isn't prominent so maybe an eyebrow pen/dye them/etc, lip reduction or make your bottom lip hang out less somehow, definitely ltn but what you have isnt unfixable. there's more but im not experienced in the surgeries etc

idk how i’m gonna get a surgery at 16, I think hgh would be easier to acquire and I honestly don’t know if my growth plates are closed but I did start growing later than all my peers.
