At least you are in the safe (for now) when it comes to height, which country are you from? Also yeah your philtrum and lower third is arrower than the rest of the face (I have the same issue) + you have narrow lips/mouth and thin and curved eyebrows.

Dude you have the same problem i have. Long phiktrum/thin upper lip and full upper lip. Get you need to foix that.

I don't know how to fix it) I think my upturned nose and thin upper lip makes philtrum looks longer then it really is. Idk how to make upper lip bigger or wider, so if u know - tell me)

lip lift is the best, if you don't have money or for some reason you can't get surgery try facial exercises. I'm doing them now and i see light results, but don't expect nothing crazy, exercises can make it slightly better
 
Rhino, genio, cheek fillers and gymmaxing.

I have enough money, but I just don't want to see scars on my face + it can be hard to close lips after such surgery + it's not fix but more like a hint

by saying his philitrum is too long you mean his chin in comparison to his philitrum looks too short right?

yes but hisphiltrum itself is long. thin upper lip make it long and big full lower lips make chin shorter. If he had thin lower lip his chin to philtrum would be good. Balance between upper and lower lip is crucial

My face looks like it was in my childhood (yeah chin was recessive and philtrum was long and upper lip was thin) + I'm nose breather, it wouldn't help me, I'm literally mewer for whole my life)0
