This is also known as the facial convexity angle. It should be 141 degrees, as a young teen I looked better because I was "harmoniously recessed" if that makes sense, now my strong upper third and nose creates a comical contrast for my chin, if I bring it forward it will increase a lot.

Your chin projection is recessed because the lips are more forward than your chin. They should be at equal level.
