Macbooks are the best laptops can get ATM. MacOS is great for school/productivity work.

Windows is for games essentially.

I use both.

It isway more restricted in every way,

You can't do half the stuff on Mac that you could do on windows. Apple have built this thing like a fucking fortress.

Plus cause of the new M2 chip or whatever it's fucking called you can't play 32 bit games like Peggle or Plants VS Zombies and old shit like that. So when I wanna take it on a journey it's far less useful.

there are some pros to having a macbook such as its easy portability (windows copers on suicide watch cuz they cant fit their 15 lb workstation in their backpack) and its compatibility with iOS (such as airdrop).

But as someone who has used both I prefer windows a lot more in terms of pretty much everything else

Ubuntu mogs MacOS (which itself is an offshoot of linux, although a dumbed down one for 18 year old white girls) and Windows but sadly a lot of the software I use only runs on mac and windows so its a no go for the most part even if I try to use a software like wine to emulate windows
