This is kinda off topic but Ill speak for my experince so let a nigga vent.
Meso is a shit forum if you post on it, sure you can learn stuff here and there if you only check the threads, in the other hand if u make threads or posts saying u want a specific goal thats not becoming an ogre they will respond full of arrogance, they thing looksmaxxers are faggots, when we have the same goal lol, their logic is
Improving body=masculine
Improving face=women thing

Deep down we both are looking for the same thing, improving ones appearance.
Body building is normalized while face altering is not. Thats just retarded.
Bodybuilding forums are useful when it comes to learn the basics, dont follow most of their stacks tho because their goal is looking like a 300 pound mass monster.
I met doctors and good PEDs users there too tho, but my overral though of the forum is that its utter dog shit.
Just stick with the basics and use the forums the best way you can.
