Why do they always do this lmao. Remember that curry banker wedding. They left the same comments back then too. All of it is so hilarious. Every time an ethnic dows something even if it is positive they start screaming deport and pray to trump to save America.

He was born in India. Deport ASAP
Ah! Nice he is going to turn the company into India 2.0. import all his relatives and fire Americans. Typical Indian move
Only Trump can save us from these pajeets. Every other day a new minority is given a position of power. Faggot cucks
I'd rather have illegal mexicans than deal with humiliation rituals like this

It's obvious jealousy because I bet a lot of these people haven't achieved much and are now getting outcompeted.

Being outachieved by people you despise because of subhumanity must hurt I guess.

I means I'd understand frustration about that why it direct it at random ethnics who have nothing to do with any of it. Go scream deport at illegals no one will raise a finger

because it isn't about legal or illegal immigrants for them. It is about companies pushing to import cheap labour to increase their profits, while eroding the foundation that built the country and those companies.

totally not because they work for 70% of the pay and are totally reliant on their employer to stay in the country, giving them a lot less leverage compared to natural born citizens.

And you'd be surprised how many of these "high-skilled" foreigners fraud their diplomas or prior "work experience"

How does this relate to a jeet becoming the ceo of a massive company?

fair, I admire the individuals who actually work their way through the ranks to become CEO.

But it has a lot to do with a strong in-group preference with Indians, just like with jews. They are extremely nepotistic, and having an Indian CEO often just accelerates the importing of low-level foreign labour.

This applies to low skilled labour not H1Bs they have to be paid the same wages as Americans because of prevailing wage labour laws. The only thing that is true is companies do have leverage over H1Bcels because their visa is dependent on the employer. But companies usually also still have to show that they tried to hire an American but couldn't find one.

If you can cut costs and make money, why wouldn't you?

Yes, I agree it's bad for the country and stuff but it won't just be ethnics aiming to cut costs.

They pay the same net wages, but can deduct taxes for them and also don't have to provide the same pension and social security payments, like they do with citizens, thus resulting in overall lower gross costs.

Employers still pay Social Security and Medicare taxes for H-1Bs just like U.S. citizens FICA also applies where companies can save us benefits flexibility. H-1Bs accept less generous retirement plans or perks because they want that VISa. But the savings are very marginal compared to the compliance cost and immigration sponsorship fees.

That's a sham. They hide those job offerings they plan to outsource on obscure, hard-to-find websites, and do their best so that no American applies to them.

I don't fault the foreigners coming here, it's the globalist transnational (((elite))) who's pushing for it. After graduation, I've also moved to a country where I get paid 3x what I could have expected in Italy.

Doesn't mean it's right.

This is also true. But from my time in america from what I understood is that it isn't black and white like MAGA says. Some roles in IT for examples are highly specialised and high stakes so they can't have some random person at the job. They also need someone with those credentials and work experience. Companies just aren't willing to give locals entry level jobs because they want low risk hires. And that is where H1Bs come. Most of them low risk hires and because of VISA they have a guaranteed employee who will perform for the foreseeable instead of an American who can just job switch. It isn't compensation issue because the Average salary for H1Bs is well above average.

let's be honest, as India doesn't have a booming tech industry, this "work experience" is often embellished if not outright fake.

Some immigrants are simply more hardworking with better skills and are more valuable than the local hires like I said it isn't black and white. It's just capitalism at the end of the day @Corleone @inversions

India does have a pretty large tech industry. Infosys, Wipro, TCS but it's more focused on services than products.. fake experience is true but it happens everywhere. Everyone lies on the resume to some extent

India apparently has the third largest IT industry in the world. I just googled. After US and China and overlook UK but it's services based so it isn't as robust and the same as US and China.
