Probably magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate, also u are wasting ur money so hard as flushing all the excess out since only a given amount of magnesium is absorbed at a time, better playing lottery

Useless as fuck JFL at his IQ considering the intestinal absorption rate and needs, a true waste of money, u be better drinking this through the day with a 2 x 100 mg magnesium glycinate pills splitted through the day

im not sure how it works exactly
but u swallow pills and they travel to ur intestines n shit
whereas a powder gets absorbed in your mouth

might be water thats just my experience

You're right, since powder is able to be immediately absorbed as a capsule doesn't have to be broken down to access the supplement, the powder can be absorbed much faster and hence potentially cause irritation in your digestive tract > ... > potentially causing diarrhea.

I've been taking ashwagandha, boron and L-carnitine too
I dont know ur dosage but get rid of Aswhagandha asap, 3 mg of Boron is enough coupled with Riboflavin, L-Carnitine optional depend on diet and physical activity level
