My collagen was always just alright until a couple months ago where my acne fucking nuked itself and got extremely out of control, literally after only a week of supplementing 500 Mg of magnesium a day right after I woke up my skin has become its best it has in a year, if you’re an acne proned cuck get on magnesium.

I take 800+ MG of magnesium a day won’t allow myself to be deficient 🐺👍

What about hair health? Not balding but hair quality in general, i'm vitamin deficient and i take a multivitamin a day and trying to get my health back on track but other than that what should i supplement for hair? Iron? Zinc? Magnesium?

Eat pumpkin seeds, they give mogger hormones too

Not sure what to take for hair, but I do know that multivitamins are practically useless, since they don’t have enough MG for each vitamin in one pill.

Sad, i kinda knew the vitamins in one multivitamin aren't enough but still better than nothing, healthmaxxing biggest looksmax and i'm over here not drinking enough water and being vitamin deficient and going to bed at 3-4 am jfl

All I’m aware of is k2, d3, protein and maybe some others I am not fully informed on the topic but that’s the beautiful of being human you can constantly learn and grow

Use cronometer and you will know everything. Besides that if ur not getting sunlight supp vit d
