Going over your DRI of magnesium doesn't do much. Supplementing magnesium only increases bone density, testosterone, sleep when you're already deficient. It improves Bone Density and DNA in the body so how much should i supplement daily
whats a good daily dosage for height growth for itGoing over your DRI of magnesium doesn't do much. Supplementing magnesium only increases bone density, testosterone, sleep when you're already deficient.
I will say though magnesium deficiency is quite common, and you can supplement if you have the money but don't expect it to change your life or anything at all if your diet is already great.
If you really do want to supplement, get one of these: Magnesium glycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, magnesium taurate, magnesium L-threonate.
Those forms are the high bioavailability ones, make sure you get them from a trusted source or brand. Don't get anything more than 350mg per daily dose.
It won't lead to an increased rate of height growth unless you're deficient, so just make sure you're above the DRI (410mg for males 14-18).whats a good daily dosage for height growth for it
am probably defficent as am not getting it through diet. would it be safe to just supplement 400 mg daily? am 15It won't lead to an increased rate of height growth unless you're deficient, so just make sure you're above the DRI (410mg for males 14-18).
I think that high of a dosage is hard to find, I would go for 350mg since it'll likely cover everything unless your diet is really bad. With 350mg you'll also be at a lower risk of hypermagnesia.am probably defficent as am not getting it through diet. would it be safe to just supplement 400 mg daily? am 15

Really?? That's odd, around 400 is considered the maximum needed for a day. I mean you can get the 400-500 since your chances of developing hypermagnesemia are super low anyways. The one I use is 350mg and it's from my local Swedish pharmacy.I cant find any with 350, most are 400-500mg a pop, Yk any that are 350mg a capsul?
Sounds like a lot... but I am no doctor. It's likely safe. I've never seen any magnesium supplements with a dose that high.Is 1150 mg a lot?
