Tony had an IQ of at least 115, that's why organically he was different from the rest of the guys in the mafia, he had to go to therapy and was intuitive, curious and self conscious, he had to larp as your average gangster even tho he wasn't, that's why he was so scared of people finding out he was going to a shrink, of course when the guys found out, they still sucked his dick to win points cause he was the boss.
