Maintnance / Small Surplus / Cut ? at 17 For MAXSIMIZING LATE PUBERTY?

is it better to eat at maintance or surplus or lose fat to maxsimize puberty muscle growth, height support, bonemass growth? at 17?
i am fairly lean and not have much muscle mass i am like 11% bf and 60kg. 172cm
i want to maxsimize growth as i am late puberty i still not have facial hair etc, also i hitted puberty like 14-15 years old.
what can i do? what will be your opinion guys? thank you!
i am also afraid of fat gain this is why i stuck in this situation.

17 Years Old
60kg
training almost 2 years now in gym.
11-12% bf or less as i dont have much muscle mass.
 
won't change much tbh,
always be in a (slight) surplus, only cut when you get too fat

how much is good surplus to maxsimize everything without gaining fat.
idk, look up google I never track on bulk, I just eat a bit less if I see that I gain too much fat, and if I don't improve, I eat more.

Maingaining imo 50-100 kcal should be enough for the majority. But in certain cases for example if you are very skinny you could easily take 200-400 kcal surplus, but usually its not necessary for 90% :Comfy:

Why do you have to have cheat days? you wont gain any fat dw, you will look bloated for 2-3 days because of water weight, but the scale will regulate if you stick to your diet after.
Dont cheat when you dont have to, but have fun bro, eat the pizza eat the burger, it wont make you fat. :feelsautistic: 7000kcal extra = 1kg of fat
