If there are declining fertility and low migration, all that would happen is that large companies and large banks that don't have workers would leave and that will make more room for small banks with small balance sheets, which give more SME loans to small businesses, housing becomes cheaper etc. Intergenerational homes would increase, communal bonds would increase, happiness incidences would increase.

Bankers in their tax haven was more workers and won't get their funding from banks if they don't push for migration? Corrupt or bribed politicians doing the dirty work of evil entities? What else?

Northern Ireland is part of the UK (so still a 'colonizing entity'), but even if a country was a colonizing entity nothing should be justified, every country has been a 'colonizing entity' in one way or another across history.
