Basically before Invisalign my jaw was a bit misaligned which lead to all the pressure from chewing over the years to go to my right side, giving me a large masseter muscle on the right with a smaller one on the left (my left cheek only looks more hollow because of lighting).

As you can see it makes my face look assymetrical. I’m getting septo soon to fix nose assymetry from sleeping on one side too much, but my eye assymetry is harder to fix. I don’t have ptosis after consulting an eye doctor, my right eye is just more hooded. I think this is due to lack of masseter muscle somehow. If I chew every night on my left side with mastic gum, can this asshmetry be corrected? And how long should I chew per night + how long overall to see progress? I’ve heard chewing is cope so idk
