Make through Winter or rope

Every winter I always hit rock bottom and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to rebound and survive this winter if it was as bad as last time. I'm hoping I can make it past this new frost but only time will tell. How do you guys cope with depression during winter?

my whole life is about distracting myself from how trash it is. during that period im most lonely and thats when i hit rock bottom. never gets better
