have you ever wondered how certain chads could 'get away' with eating any fast food they want?
why dont they get fat or bloated....!?!?

well, first of all, their bmr is very very high + very strong immune system (to handle all of that garbage)

since, your immune system is very genetic and so is bmr

but but but you can increase your bmr, with some consistency and effort

you dont need to jog or sprint for this

just 10-15k steps daily for a few years and trust me your bmr will increase
your body will become a fat burning machine

i know this sounds hilarious, but a lot of normies and newbies are missing on this

you have fucked up your hormones till now due to lack of basic nutritional and health habits
while some damage is irreversible if you are 18 or older, but teens benefit the most

you should absolutely walk 10k-15k steps a day throughout the day
 
u will only increase NEAT (non exercise activity) by walking 10-15k steps,bmr u can only increase it by adding muscle mass as it burns more calories than fat,by eating protein as digesting protein requires the body to burn more calories.But these things dont make a significant difference.Bmr is almost the same for everyone.

U can only crash ur metabolism or do metabolic damage by crash dieting 500–1000kcals or starving but thats an another topic
